Within 90 days, we’ll gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery charges), or credit you for other items, your choice. After 90 days, items may be exchanged for the same product or for a merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate.
To return any item, simply follow the 5 easy steps located on your Exchange/Return form included with your order.
Step 1: Explain reason why you’re returning an item.
Step 2: List the item(s), description, reason code, quantity and price.
Step 3: List the item(s) you would like to order in exchange and payment method if applicable.
Step 4: Provide comments regarding our service.
Step 5: Send the package back to us by using the pre-addressed label on the front of your Exchange/Return form. Enclose the Exchange/Return form with your merchandise, and affix the label on the outside of your package. Return the package to us via UPS.
Note: If you’re returning merchandise for a refund, the fee for using this label is $8.95, which will be deducted from your total refund. If you are making an exchange, there will be NO CHARGE for using the label.
If you prefer you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own return shipping via the carrier of your choice.
